I had the opportunity to lead a team as the Creative Director for a poster design project at Oral Roberts University, where my design solution was selected for production. My role involved overseeing the creative process and ensuring the final design met the client’s expectations.
I was responsible for assigning tasks to team members, managing deadlines, and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. Additionally, I ensured that all final design files were prepared correctly and delivered to the client on time. This experience strengthened my leadership, organization, and design execution skills while reinforcing my ability to bring creative visions to life.
